This course will introduce you to the skillsets needed to work as a Desk Adjuster. The class will focus on interpretation of policies and endorsements, how to read a Declaration page, the different software used as a Desk Adjuster (Xactimate, Xactanalysis, etc.), Various Carrier Guidelines, and much more. The course will include an H0-A, HO-B, and HO-3 to help students to learn to differentiate between policy types.
