DESCRIPTION:Bring a laptop downloaded with latest version of Xactimate to class. \nYou received your adjuster license\, you’ve learned Xactimate – Now what? One of the main struggles a new adjuster faces on their first deployment(s) is putting everything together. A claim is much more than just the Xactimate estimate – it is a package of documents you send the insurance carrier to justify the claim. This can include a Narrative (Sometimes referred to a GLR\, Final Report\, or First and Final)\, Billing (Either thru Xactimate or added documents)\, ITV (Insured to Value) Reports\, Photo Reports\, and much more. In addition\, the file must be documented throughout the life of a claim – if you do not document\, it did not happen. In addition to all of this\, we still must apply the estimate to policy.\nThis course will take you through the process of writing and packaging a claim from A to Z. \nAdditional Topics to be covered\n• Report Macros (Creating and Using)\n• Importing Tokened Documents\n• Importing/Exporting ESX files\n• Using Xactanalysis\n• Developing a routine\nA must have class for the new and/or inexperienced adjuster that would like to prepare for success for their first or next deployment! \nInstructions\nPlease contact info@staging8.dynaserverx.com with any questions. \nClass Time is 9:00 – 3:00 PM.

The first scope/estimate is done on a residential property located near our Grand Prairie facility\, where you will gain the confidence and knowledge to scope in the most efficient and professional manner. Learn ladder safety\, how to climb and measure a roof\, identify damage\, take proper measurements\, and write a complete estimate in Xactimate using your scope notes. \nThe second scope/estimate you will write up is the kitchen of our training facility in Grand Prairie. This two-day class is a complete hands-on experience. Adjust U and Mid-America VP of Training\, Jonathan Rice\, and Mid-America Senior Account Manager\, Paul Griff\, give you the full claims inspection and claims writing experience.
