Ryan works with our operations teams to ensure the data he collects informs process improvement, training opportunities, and strategies to enhance quality and productivity.  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Ryan provides in-house training to office staff.  Ryan studied mathematics and statistics at the University of Alabama where he attended too many sporting events. He came to Mid-America with eight years of experience in small business.
