Attorney Riccio convinced the prosecution to reduce the charges to OUI-Liquor, 2nd offense. By reducing the charges, Attorney Riccio’s client avoided a felony conviction and 6-month mandatory minimum jail sentence. As part of the plea agreement, the client will not serve any jail time.
