Attorney Riccio filed a Motion to Dismiss arguing a lack of probable cause on Count 1 charging his client with Assault w/ Dangerous Weapon. After a hearing on the motion, the judge agreed with Attorney Riccio's argument and allowed the Motion to Dismiss. Count 2 was dismissed prior to arraignment.
