Client was found Not Guilty of drunk driving after a bench trial at Taunton District Court. On the day of trial, the prosecution dismissed OUI-Drugs charges against the client. During an earlier motion to dismiss hearing, the Negligent Operation charge was dismissed based on lack of probable cause.
