Attorney Riccio was retained by the family of a juvenile being investigated for sexual assault after the police contacted the juvenile’s mother requesting her child come in for an interview. After meeting with the juvenile & family the same day he was contacted, Attorney Riccio immediately started investigating the allegation. He was in contact with the District Attorney’s Office and lead detective throughout the investigation.
