- Possess Ammunition Without FID Card;
- Improper Storage of Large Capacity Firearm
Result:
Attorney Riccio negotiated a plea deal with the prosecution that included a dismissal of the Possession of Lg. Capacity Firearm charge, which carried a mandatory-minimum sentence, and the Improper Storage of Lg. Capacity Firearm charge. The remaining two charges will be dismissed so long as the client successfully completes two years of probation.
