Once a prescription has been processed and fulfilled, it is non-refundable.<\/p><p>Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If a patient receives a medication that is damaged, tampered with, or does not match the prescribed order due to a pharmacy error, the patient must contact us within 48\/72 hours of delivery. In such cases, we will coordinate with the partner pharmacy to provide a replacement at no additional cost to the patient.<\/p><p>Order Cancellations: Patients may cancel their treatment plan and receive a full refund for any non-medical services (such as consultation fees) provided the cancellation request is received at least 24\/48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Once the medical consultation has occurred and the prescription has been transmitted to the pharmacy, no refunds will be issued.<br \/>Service and Consultation Fees: Medical Consultation Fees: Fees paid for medical evaluations, whether in-person or via synchronous video, are for the provider&#8217;s professional time and expertise.
