\u2018CILT\u2019 stands for Camper In Leadership Training and is open to all teens going into the 10th to 12th grade. This specialized 3-year program is aimed towards teens looking to increase their leadership skills, gain valuable volunteer experience, and learn to work with kids in a fun, fast-paced setting.<\/p>\n
During the day, CILTs work with younger campers, helping them learn new skills and assisting the counselor with supervision and setup. At night, the CILT program engages in skill development, teamwork activities, and reflection on their overall experience.<\/p>\n
Our aim is help each CILT gain the confidence and knowhow to utilize their camp experience throughout the year in school, work, and in college preparation. Please contact the office for more information on our CILT program.<\/p>\n
