These Digital Products Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase, access, and use of all downloadable digital products offered by Luna Vale LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Luna Vale”), including templates, policies, manuals, guides, checklists, worksheets, and other digital resources.
Digital Products are sold on a one-time, transactional basis. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use only. Products may not be resold, shared, sublicensed, or redistributed.
Due to the digital nature of the products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason.

All Digital Products are the exclusive intellectual property of Luna Vale LLC and are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Prices displayed for Digital Products are exclusive of applicable taxes.
For Texas Customers: In compliance with Texas Comptroller Rule 3.334, Luna Vale LLC will calculate and collect applicable sales tax on digital goods at checkout.
For Non-Texas Customers: You are responsible for determining and paying any use tax or similar charges required by your local jurisdiction.
By purchasing or downloading a Digital Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
