Murakami T9 is our newest emulsion that can print all textile systems.  This high viscosity, high solids emulsion reclaims easily to preserve fine meshes.  Easy to coat and expose with great resolution for all types of textile printing.  Reclaming is very easy with normal chemistry.  Video of Murakami T9 reclaiming.

Aquasol HVP, like Aquasol HV, is a high viscosity emulsion to create extremely durable stencils for all ink systems.  It has a more transparent quality that can help when registering by hand on press.  Exposes fast and is capable of printing difficult inks like water base and discharge when diazo additive is used followed by hardening with Murakami Emulsion Hardeners.

Aquasol TS is a high resolution Premium SBQ Textile Emulsion for ultimate resolution. This highly durable emulsion has a lower viscosity and high solids content.  Aqusasol TS has excellent edge quality and fine details and halftones develop easily.  It exposes well on all exposure systems.  8 grams of diazo can be added for even higher resolution and water resistance but is optional.  Aquasol TS is capable of printing difficult inks like water base and discharge by applying Murakami Emulsion Hardeners. after development and drying of the screen image.

Photocure BLU is a fast exposing pure SBQ emulsion that has the best ease of use of any of the SBQ emulsions.  Virtually pin hole and fish eye free, it continues to be one of our most liked emulsions.  Exposes well on even low wattage exposure units.  Image quality is excellent.  Photocure BLU can print water base and discharge with use of Murakami Hardeners.

Photocure TXR is a SBQ Textile Emulsion with excellent image to print contrast for easy set up. Outstanding durability, fast exposures, excellent detail, works well on all light sources.  Like Photocure BLU it coats easily and exposes well on a variety of exposure systems.  Photocure TXR can print water base and discharge with use of Murakami Hardeners..

Aquasol HS is designed to produce thick stencil screens. Coat twice on print side, 4-6 times on the squeegee side wet onto wet coating to achieve a 200-350 micron thick stencil. Thicker stencils are possible by the dry/coat/dry method to build up the emulsion thickness to desired EOM.  HS is designed for printing High Density Inks, Gels, Glitters, Puff Inks, and other Thick Stencil applications.

Murakami WSR is our newest dual cure emulsion for textile printing. It can print all textile inks. This emulsion coats and exposes easily, with excellent resolution and easy reclaiming to preserve fine mesh counts.  Murakami WSR can withstand very aggressive textile ink systems.  No hardening needed with proper exposure, Hardeners may be used for longer print runs.

Murakami SP-7500 provides excellent halftone control in a wide latitude, easy to use dual cure emulsion. It coats, exposes and reclaims with ease.  SP-7500 is an excellent choice for high end simulated process plastisol printing.  it is also capable of printing water base and discharge when hardened with MS-Hardener or A&B Hardener.

Murakami Photocure PRO is a dual cure emulsion with exceptional resolution qualities. Photocure PRO images hafltones and fine details with ease in an easy to use wide latitude emulsion. Designed for high end graphics and electronics it also excels at simulated process apparel printing as well as spot color textile printing.  Water base and discharge can be printed when finished screen is hardened with Murakami Hardeners.

SP-1400 is one of Murakami’s most popular emulsions.  It has all the quality our other emulsions are famous for; fine resolution, great definition and outstanding durability. *Water Base, Discharge, and High Solid Acrylic Inks are very aggressive inks and can breakdown emulsions on long runs.  The screens can be hardened with Murakami MS Hardener (Reclaimable) or A&B Hardener (Semi-Permanent) for long print runs.
