Large Format Textile Printing

Large Format Textile Printing can be done on hand tables or automatic black belt printing presses where image sizes are quite large. Towels, yardage, and cut piece goods use either water base or co-solvent ink systems.

SP-1400 is designed to withstand both water base and co-solvent inks when hardeners are applied. For optimum performance expose on a strong light source and dry the stencil completely, either in the sun or in a hot box. (*Murakami Emulsion Hardeners.)

SP-300 can withstand water base inks well. Not recommended for co-solvent inks. Excellent resolution and details in an easy to use diazo emulsion. MS-Hardener or A&B Hardener must be used for optimum performance. (*Murakami Emulsion Hardeners.)

Murakami T9 is a pure photopolymer with outstanding durability for water base, discharge, high solid acrylic and plastisol ink systems. T9 exposes well with LED, metal halide or fluorescent exposure systems. Excellent resolution and durability in a fast exposing emulsion. Easy to coat and reclaim. Reclaiming Video. T9 Can be hardened if needed, in most cases no hardening is needed with proper exposure.
