MS-Bond 005, 100, and 300 are mesh adhesives designed for the bonding of screen mesh to frame instantly. Three viscosity types are designed to help the glue penetrate through the mesh and make contact with the frame for strong adhesion. Once the activator spray is applied the bond is instantaneous. Surfaces to be bonded must be clean and dry prior to gluing mesh to frame. Green areas in chart are recommended mesh counts for the glue viscosity
MS-Bond 2 Part Adhesive is a fast drying high performance polyester mesh adhesive. It dries quickly and has excellent sheer strength. Bonds to aluminum, wood, plastic, and all types of metal. Removing mesh glued with this adhesive is far easier than MS-Bond super glue type adhesive shown above. Glue remains flexible to prevent the knife like mesh edges that can form with super glue type adhesives. Surfaces to be bonded must be clean and dry prior to gluing mesh to frame. MS-Bond 2-Part adhesive is mixed 100 parts of adhesive to 8 parts of catalyst. Use within 8 hours.
