Mixing in a Separate Container
\n(recommended method)<\/em><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Pour half of the required water volume into a container (plastic pails, cups, etc. \/ confirm volumes below)<\/li>\n
  2. Place bag in vertical position and tap or shake lightly to gather the diazo at the bottom of the bag.<\/li>\n
  3. Tear or cut the top of the bag (easier to cut).<\/li>\n
  4. Open pack gently to prevent diazo from escaping.<\/li>\n
  5. Gently empty the diazo out of the pack into the container.<\/li>\n
  6. Mix \/ Stir until diazo is fully dissolved.<\/li>\n
  7. Pour diazo into emulsion.<\/li>\n
  8. Pour the remaining half of the water into the container to rinse out any residual diazo left in the container and pour into an emulsion.<\/li>\n
  9. Mix \/ Stir the emulsion until the diazo is fully dispersed (color should be even \/ uniform)<\/li>\n
  10. Let emulsion de-gas or filter with mesh (300 or higher) to use immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If the container is cleaned out, any additional water required can go directly into an emulsion.<\/h3>\n

    Mixing In Aluminum Foil Packaging<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Place bag in vertical position and tap or shake lightly to gather the diazo at the bottom of the bag.<\/li>\n
    2. Tear or cut the top of the bag (easier to cut).<\/li>\n
    3. Open pack gently to prevent diazo from escaping.<\/li>\n
    4. Pour half of the required water volume into the pack. (confirm volumes below)<\/li>\n
    5. Fold the top edge of the bag over twice to seal.<\/li>\n
    6. Hold the bag closed tightly and gently agitate the solution using a side-to-side motion to dissolve completely.<\/li>\n
    7. Pour the mixed solution \/ diazo into the emulsion.<\/li>\n
    8. Pour the remaining half of the water into the bag to rinse out any residual diazo left in the bag. Repeat steps 5-7.<\/li>\n
    9. Mix \/ Stir the emulsion until the mixed solution \/ diazo is fully dispersed (color should be even \/ uniform)<\/li>\n
    10. Let emulsion degas or filter with mesh (300 or higher) to use immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
