Further, our litigation experience includes administrative appeals before agency tribunals and administrative law judges. As a rule, the Firm tends to limit the subject matter of its litigation to those areas in which it has the greatest depth of experience, transactionally. Those subject areas with the greatest litigation interest to the Firm are contested probate and trust administration matters (typically intra-family), real estate, financial exploitation and undue influence cases, Medicaid eligibility, closely held business disputes, and select taxation issues. The Firm seeks to guide clients towards successful alternative dispute resolution outside of the courtroom wherever possible.
